How to Link to a PDF in WordPress

  1. Log into WordPress.

  2. Navigate to the Media Library and click ‘Add New Media File.’

  3. Click on Select Files and upload your PDF.

  4. Click the PDF you just uploaded, then click ‘Copy URL to clipboard.’

  5. Navigate to the post/page you want to add the link to.

  6. While on the edit page, select the text you want to link or make a space in your content for the link to go.

  7. Click the link button.

  8. Paste the PDF link and press enter.

  9. The link will then be added to your post/page.
