Get a practical framework

The first 45 minutes are a briefing your whole team can use, regardless of which AI tools they’re on. We cover how to think about delegation, when to keep a human in the loop, and how to prompt well.
Set up and optimize Claude Cowork
The hands-on portion is a working session. Each attendee sets up Claude Cowork from scratch using our step-by-step workshop site, at their own pace, with Infomedia staff in the room to help. You leave with global instructions written, a connector linked, a project created and a first skill built.
Space to explore and start building
The final hour is open lab time. Keep setting up, start building skills specific to your role, or just ask questions. Our staff will be there to assist you.

Reach out to your Infomedia contact to check availability and hold a spot. A deposit confirms your booking. Your designated contact will receive a pre-class email with everything your team needs to prepare.

Attendees need a laptop (Mac or Windows) and an active Claude Pro or Teams account — that’s it. We take care of the rest.

Do we need to know anything about AI first?
If your team can hold a conversation with a chatbot, they’re ready. A little familiarity with something like ChatGPT or Claude helps, but no technical background is needed.

We use ChatGPT, not Claude. Is it still worth it?
The thinking-and-prompting part applies no matter which tools you use, so there’s real value there. The hands-on setup is built specifically around Claude Cowork. If that’s a sticking point, let’s talk it through before you book.

Who should we send?
Start with your leadership or management team. Mixed departments work well, too. Everyone gets something out of it.

What if Anthropic changes something before our session?
Every AI company updates its tools often. That’s why we teach basic concepts that help your team roll with the changes and adapt, even if something changes mid-workshop or in the days and weeks after the training.

What should I prepare for the workshop?
Bring your laptop with you, and make sure you already have Claude’s desktop app downloaded before you arrive.

What if I need help modifying a skill I created during the session later?
We’ll teach you how to work within Claude to have it help you update your skill. That way, after you leave the training, you can keep iterating. After the workshop, ongoing Claude support goes through Anthropic directly.

Yes, we’ll connect you with our friends at Caravan to get day-long intensive training for your team, either as a stand-alone training or in addition to your Jumpstart Workshop class.
