He brings a can-do attitude to every task — assisting clients by phone and email, tackling post-launch quality checks and always looking for smarter ways to solve problems. For Joey, the best part of the job is cracking a tricky issue — and picking up new knowledge along the way. That passion for learning isn’t limited to work; as a self-described music theory nerd, Joey loves diving into the structure behind the sound. He geeks out over progressive metal and jazz fusion, and he’s just as fluent in complex guitar riffs as he is in support ticket systems. When he’s not helping clients or jamming on his guitar, Joey is probably hanging out with his wife, Dax, their pup Rio, and four delightfully quirky cats.
