Client Account Manager
overview
As Client Account Manager, you are responsible for consulting with current Infomedia clients and proposing new services, answering account-related questions and continuously looking for ways they can increase their user engagement. The goal is to keep clients engaged with their websites and help them achieve their goals. This employee must ensure on-time and consistent communication of proposals and contracts to clients and follow up with clients as needed. This employee reports to the Vice President of Accounts & Revenue.
key responsibilities
- Communicate between clients and Infomedia team members.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned clients to keep them informed and engaged about what they receive with their Infomedia plan. Depending on the client, regular communication could range from several times a week to quarterly.
- Work with current clients and look for opportunities to increase the client investment through additional website, media, content or marketing sales.
- Follow up on all proposals and contracts as needed to ensure the sale is completed.
- Use Infomedia Scope Snippets and Qwilr to build proposals and contracts
- Use Google Analytics to guide website strategy
- Log all calls, emails and notes in HubSpot
additional duties
- Assist in client call-downs and schedule quarterly meetings with each client.
- Assist when necessary to support client concerns or questions (when it calls for an account representative).
- Attend client/local business events to engage with clients and businesses and represent Infomedia.
requirements for the position
- Must be a self-starter and be able to manage responsibilities without supervision.
- Must be organized, can maintain client notes and follow-ups, and be able to multitask as needed.
- Must engage with the client and developers to understand what the client is looking for. It is essential to accurately communicate to our team how we can accomplish the project sold. Just as important, you should be able to communicate developer notes back to the client in a way that makes sense.
- Must be open to constantly learning new techniques, technologies and services so that we can always be on the cutting edge of best practices when speaking to clients.

Script Writer (Freelance)

Infomedia is looking for freelance script writers who can craft compelling stories for our clients. The ideal person will be able to write in two main formats:
Interview-Based Scripts – We’ll provide interview transcripts, and you’ll transform them into a cohesive, engaging story that reflects the overarching theme and the company’s brand voice.
Creative Scripts – You’ll write original, creative scripts that align with a company’s brand and messaging.
Most of our scripts are intended for one- to two-minute videos, so clarity, conciseness, and impact are essential.
