At Infomedia, we’ve spent over twenty years perfecting our website design process. Want a sneak peek into how we’ll create the perfect website for you? Here’s a look at what we do:
Research and Planning
The first step? Getting to know your business. We’ll set an introductory meeting to learn your business and web goals, and we’ll plan a schedule for the project so you’ll know what to expect. From there, we’ll audit the content you already have to discover what’s working and what isn’t. We’ll also begin training your staff so, once the site is finished, you’ll have a team in place who can start making your website work for you right away.
Next, we’ll start creating new content for your site. Depending on what your business needs, Infomedia will work with our team of web professionals to produce videos, photography, and copy for your website.
Shortly after our website design team gets started on your new website, we show you what we’ve got — we want to make sure our design is on the right track for your business. You’ll get a chance to review our design, starting with mockups of your homepage and interior pages.
This is where the pieces really start to come together. Our web developers and website designers get to work on the nitty gritty of your website. That means fine-tuning the design, going through module development and styling the CSS. We’ll also go through quality assurance checklists and perform a second website training for your staff members.
Here’s where we start showing off your new website to the world. You’ll begin to generate leads and convert customers once we create an SEO strategy and implement a social media plan. We’ll also set up Analytics reporting so you can see the numbers on exactly what’s working on your site and see how good your website ROI is starting to look.
Now that we’ve created a solid website design and created a plan to get it to your customers, it’s time to be sure the foundation is solid. We’ll finish up training and support, review performance and ROI, and recheck every website maintenance and security protocol to be sure your website is ready for an influx of traffic.
