Freelancer Guidelines
At Infomedia, we love working with freelancers. Our goal is to make the freelance process as transparent and simple as possible so you can concentrate on your work, not on trying to figure out the process and hurdles of yet another freelance client.

What’s it like to freelance with Infomedia?
Our freelancers deal with our internal team of project managers, not directly with clients, so you’ll be talking to someone who understands the business and what your deliverables were. Although our freelance agreements do include revisions that come from the client, your revisions will be reviewed by an internal team member for clarity and scope creep before they come to you. We limit revisions, so once your rounds of revisions are completed, you can invoice for the project — there’s no going back-and-forth with a client for months because they’ve changed the scope of the project.
What freelancers are we looking for?
Typically, we’re looking for professionals who have any of the following specialties:
- Designers who can work in Figma
- Writers who are experienced with social media and/or blogging
- Writers who have written website copy
- WordPress developers (Must include custom coding, not only use of page builders.)
- Webflow designers and/or developers
How do I apply?
To apply for a freelance position, send an email with your resume and website or portfolio to jobs@infomedia.com and let us know you’re available to freelance.
