Freelancer Guidelines
At Infomedia, we love working with freelancers. Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent process that allows you to concentrate on your work — without the hassle of navigating the process and hurdles of yet another freelance client.
Resources for Current Freelancers
What’s it like to freelance with Infomedia?
Our freelancers work directly with our internal project managers — not with clients. That means you’ll be collaborating with professionals who understand your deliverables, timeline and the scope of the project.
We structure our freelance relationships to respect your time:
- Client revisions are filtered by our internal team to ensure they’re within scope.
- Revisions are limited, so once you’ve completed your rounds, you’re free to invoice. No endless loops or shifting expectations.
- Clear communication and support throughout the project.
What freelancers are we looking for?
Typically, we’re looking for professionals who have any of the following specialties:
- Designers who can work in Figma
- Writers who are experienced with social media and/or blogging
- Writers who have written website copy
- WordPress developers (Must include custom coding, not only use of page builders.)
How do I apply?
To apply for a freelance position, send an email with your resume and website or portfolio to jobs@infomedia.com and let us know you’re available to freelance.
