A big part of Infomedia’s process for website development is giving clients the tools they need to have the perfect website. Our Support team is always glad to assist clients with major website updates, hosting issues and more. But if you want to go DIY, or haven’t purchased a support plan with us, then it’s probably a good idea to make sure you’re looking in the right places for instructions. That’s why we’ve created the Infomedia Training Center. It’s an extensive collection of tutorials, blog posts and webinars that you can use to make sure you’re properly informed and empowered to work on your own website.

The Training Center is broken down into 10 categories:

Each category holds a variety of trainings to get you started on your subject of choice. Wondering how to find your lost WordPress password? Curious how many keywords to include in your next blog post? We’ve got you covered. For those wanting an overview to good practices, Website Basics is a good place to start. If you’re looking to dive deeper into technical details, Security and SEO may pique your interest. And if you want to view processes step-by-step, take some time and watch our Video Tutorials.

If you’re searching for an answer that our Training Center can’t provide, then feel free to reach out to our Support staff; we’ll be happy to help.

About Hayley

When Hayley isn’t knocking out website copy behind her laptop, she’s in the kitchen — a (non-snobby) foodie and committed vegan, she brings her passion for cooking into the office with pies and treats she’s made herself. Hayley polished her skills, both culinary and literary, at Cooking Light digital and MyRecipes.com, where she worked as a food writer before joining us here at Infomedia. She’s great at writing SEO-rich copy, drafting a catchy headline and utilizing digital tools to give her writing serious online impact. To unwind, Hayley likes watching horror movies, sweating the day away in hot yoga, traveling with her husband, Peter, and coming home to their two cats, Momo and Otto.
