Local Homebuilder Benefits From Integrated Digital Strategy

Signature Homes' targeted keyword ranking in Google has seen an increase in first page rankings in only one month.

With the recent launch of our Digital Strategy division, we have been working hard to prove to our clients that not only are we approaching web marketing differently, but we are also transparent about the results we are providing.

One of our clients, Signature Homes, competes in the home building space and has contracted with us to increase its online exposure through various mechanisms including content development, search engine optimization, and web video. Because we are managing both the content creation and SEO, we are able to marry the two for a fully optimized experience for our clients. This unique combination workflow has paid substantial dividends for Signature Homes in just one month.

Signature Homes’ targeted keyword ranking in Google has seen an increase in first page rankings, moving up from 43 to 53 keywords on first page search results in one month’s time.  The number of second page rankings jumped from 6 to 23 keywords on second page search results. While third page rankings actually decreased,  this change simply demonstrates the progression of keywords to more relevant spots within search engine results. In addition, Signature Homes saw a dramatic jump in keywords from lower pages to the second and third pages on Google in this short timeframe.

Another interesting statistic we found was a 2.5% increase in site traffic due to increased search engine rankings.

Our unique process for making your digital marketing dollars go farther is providing tangible results for our clients in only a short amount of time.

About Clay

Clay has a head for business, but he’s also in touch with his inner geek; he transitions seamlessly between the boardroom and the developers’ office (with a quick stop at the CrossFit gym in between). He prefers plain English to “geek speak,” so he’s the perfect choice to translate technobabble into provable goals and ROI, helping our clients incorporate the technologies they need to build their businesses. Clay loves being involved in the Birmingham business community and fostering the abundant potential in the Magic City; his work on the Associate Board of Alabama Policy Institute and with Aspire Movement as a mentor are two of his favorite causes. When he’s not at work, you’re likely to find him at an Auburn game with his wife and three kids or in one of his favorite Birmingham craft coffee shops.
