One of the first things Infomedia clients do is attend a Kickoff meeting. Learn below exactly what to expect, who you'll be meeting and which information to bring along.

Building or revamping a website can sometimes seem like an arduous task. It requires investing money and time, two things we all need more of. That’s why, at Infomedia, we’re dedicated to making the process — from start to finish — as easy and cost efficient as possible for our clients. One of our steps to starting things smoothly is by holding a Kickoff meeting. Watch below as Katie, one of our Project Managers, explains the process — or read on for more information.
During a Kickoff, you’ll meet with Infomedia’s team of designers and developers who will be working on the website. This will give you the opportunity to actually be face-to-face with the people you will be in communication with during the site building process. Our team will also have the chance to learn about your particular needs and ask any questions that can help them better understand your company or organization.
What to bring to a Kickoff meeting:
- Marketing materials for your company (like fliers or newsletters)
- An example of your logo
- Your Google Analytics login (if you have it)
The Kickoff meeting is so important to the website building process because it allows our team to connect with what’s important to you. We enjoy these meetings so much because they help us deliver websites that really are tailored exactly to what our clients need.
